“But Where Are You Really From?” is a podcast started by life-long best friends Angela Lin and Jesse Lin in an attempt to reconnect with their roots and reconcile their dual identities as both Taiwanese and American. The podcast has since evolved into a way to find shared experiences with all different communities.
Angela Lin is living that digital nomad life! Some of her obsessions include corgis, true crime, and all types of noodles.
Jesse Lin lives and works in New York. He has an adorable tripod cat named Juniper and makes a killer chocolate chip cookie.
*Despite sharing the same last name, Angela and Jesse are not related. They have, however, been best friends since they were in pre-school so they might as well be (and are often mistaken for) brother and sister.
